Dominican passport holders to enter China visa-free! – the signing of a visa waiver agreement.
As per the agreement that took place on the 22nd of November 2021, the holders of ordinary Commonwealth of Dominica passports will be able to enter the Republic of China completely visa-free. Thus, allowing Dominican citizens to travel visa-free and visa-on-arrival to 144 countries. Parties that signed the visa waiver: Prime Minister of Dominica Dr Roosevelt and Chinese Ambassador to Dominica Lin Xianjiang.
Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Skerrit showed courtesy and appreciation to the People’s Republic of China for their hard efforts and constant support in the country’s development. Furthermore, the Chinese Ambassador to Dominica Lin Xianjiang passed on State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi’s kind regards and commendations to the Commonwealth of Dominica. Both Dominica and China have shared a long and friendly history of collaboration in three sectors: Health, culture, and education as well as a 17-year-long diplomatic relationship based on mutual respect.
